Fluorten is one of the forerunners in the processing of PEEK polymer from raw material to finished part. Thanks to its many years of experience, Fluorten is at the forefront in the production of high quality, high performance components and sleeves for a wide range of applications.
The components are manufactured according to the customer’s specifications, both by CNC and by injection molding, with the possibility of combining both technologies when special finishes are required in relation to the shapes.
Fluorten designs and manufactures the molds in-house, offering a complete service from sampling to serial production. Fluorten can also manufacture prototypes and small series by 3D printing in high performance natural PEEK and filled PEEK using cutting-edge state-of-the-art printers.
Applications
Due to its remarkable properties, PEEK is used in industrial sectors such as:

- Automotive, for its tribological properties combined with excellent mechanical properties;
- Electronics, for its high mechanical strength, dimensional stability and creep resistance;

- Energy (valves, compressors, pumps, etc.) for its excellent thermal and mechanical properties.
Specific certifications are available upon request for Oil&Gas, food, aerospace and general industrial applications.
In addition to finished products, Fluorten also manufactures standard and specialty F10PEEK and filled F10PEEK sleeves. Manufacture takes place by injection molding and compression, depending on the size.
The range of sizes, mostly kept in stock, covers a wide range of diameters, even over 1 meter.
The use of premium materials from trusted suppliers, such as Victrex™, and our advanced manufacturing technologies ensure optimal results for the properties typical of this high performance polymer.
