Fluorten PTFE rotary shaft seals are manufactured using the most advanced technologies, with the sealing lip radially pre-loaded by a special thermal molding process. An O-ring is used to prevent leakage and for better internal sealing. In order to ensure a wide range of applications, only the highest quality materials are used.
PTFE seals applications
PTFE rotary shaft seals are the perfect solution for applications with operating conditions that traditional elastomer solutions cannot safely handle. They are designed to operate efficiently in environments that require high wear resistance and excellent chemical resistance. PTFE rotary shaft seals also provide excellent performance over a wide temperature range and high pressure conditions, and are suitable in case of poor lubrication, dry running and high circumferential speed.
