In our moulding department, Fluorten makes technical components for industrial applications in F10HPP - High Performance Polymers - using the latest generation injection presses. The moulds are designed and built entirely in-house to meet customer specifications, guaranteeing, through careful maintenance planning, product quality throughout the life cycle.

Fluorten’s applies its know-how to support customers in choosing the best construction solutions in terms of shape, tolerances and the choice of materials on the basis of the end use. With its own modern CNC machining department (lathes and multi-axis milling machines), Fluorten can finish parts by mechanical machining, achieving shapes and tolerances that injection moulding does not allow.

Fluorten can also produce prototypes and small series by 3D printing in high-performance F10HPP technopolymers, using latest generation state-of-the-art printers.

We only use first choice raw materials produced by leading companies worldwide both for technical polymers (PEEK, PPS, PA, PC, PU, PP, etc.) and fluoropolymers (FEP, PFA, ETFE, PVDF, PCTFE, etc.). The parts can be made mono or bi-component, in small or large series or sizes, with inserts (metal or polymeric) and also assembled in kits.
