A pioneer in the transformation of the polymer PEEK from raw material to finished piece and thanks to its many years of experience, Fluorten is ranked at the highest levels in the production of high quality and performance components and sleeves for the most varied application sectors.

The components are made to customer specifications, both in the CNC department and by injection moulding, with the option of combining both technologies where particular finishes are required in relation to the shapes.

Fluorten designs and manufactures the moulds in-house, thus offering a complete service from sampling to series production. Fluorten can also produce prototypes and small series by 3D printing, in natural F10PEEK and filled F10PEEK, using latest generation state-of-the-art printers.
